What does staff retention look like in your business?
At Servosteel, we are proud of the experience, knowledge and loyalty within our team. When we recently reviewed our staff retention figures, the combined years of service were impressive:
Across the whole of Servosteel, our employees have achieved an incredible 1,014 years of combined service, with an overall average of 12 years per employee.
According to recent benchmarking, the median tenure for SME’s such as ours is 250-350 years of combined service and an average of 5.3 years per employee.
For us, these figures represent more than just numbers. They reflect who we are as a business ,the loyalty of our people, the experience retained within the business and the strong team culture that has developed over many years.
