Servosteel Laser Services

Following continued investment, Servosteel is now proud to add laser services to the already wide range of options available at Servosteel. Our brand new laser cutting machines (supplied by Amada) features a cutting edge fibre and CO₂ lasers which offer superior cutting quality, as well as advanced motion systems giving you unparalleled machine accuracy.

Laser Cutting

Our ENSIS 3kw fibre laser

Our newest machine is Britain's first 4m x 2m ENSIS 3kw fibre laser featuring Variable Beam Control which allows the complete manipulation of the fibre laser beam so that it is perfectly matched to the material/thickness being processed.

This complements our original CO₂ machine which can cut sheets of up to 3m x 1.5mm, adding to our capacity.

Press Brake

Our new Amada Press Brake will take the stress out of that all important secondary folding operation to give you the competitive benefit of a single sourcing all your component requirements.

Our Press Brake has a capacity range of up to 4.2m and a range of tooling to cater for all our customer's needs.
